Eligible for Refund

Orders where the book preview/digital proof has not yet been created
Orders cancelled before the design process has begun

Not Eligible for Refund

Orders where the book has already been shipped
Orders where the book preview/digital proof has been created and shared with customer
Custom designs that have entered production

Please include your order number in all correspondence for faster processing.

Processing Timeline

All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of approval.
